Allora Pasta Making Class
On June 22nd, join Ephemeral Tap Room & Chef Cameo Fucci of Allora Pasta as we cover our hands in flour and take a deep dive into the world of handmade pasta. Throughout the two hour workshop, students will learn how to make pasta dough & 3 handmade pasta shapes while enjoying an abundant grazing board & mingling with new people. There will be good music, tasty beer, and delicious, local food. See you there!!
The details:
-11am to 1pm at Ephemeral Tap Room, 2301 E 28th Ave, Denver, CO
-$80 per person
-Hands on Pasta 101 Workshop where you’ll learn to make fresh pasta dough & 3 handmade pasta shapes (malloreddus, cavatelli and orecchiette)
-Charcuterie grazing station with fresh fruit, assorted meats, crudite, cheeses & handmade focaccia
-You take home all the pasta that you make!
-Beer sold separately by the glass/can/bottle at the bar.
